Physical, mental and emotional stress can cause our chakras to become unbalanced resulting in feelings of instability and discomfort. During the chakra tune up, tuning forks are used to help the body reach the proper vibration causing chakra alignment which helps energy flow and the chakras to open promoting balance.
Tibetan bowls are then placed near the body, one at a time, starting on the root chakra and working up to the heart. The bowls are tapped on the side to help loosen energy in the vortex and take care of any clogs in the chakras. Focusing on one chakra at a time, the bowls are played which aligns the chakra and moves energy throughout the body. This process is then repeated with tuning forks.
The session ends with a series of lunar charged crystals placed on each chakra to enhance the healing process and cleanse any negative energy. Reiki is given to each chakra, which helps you balance and attune your energy centers. Afterwards, a sharing circle to share anything that came up for you & Stella will share any insights, messages, or visions received.
